...So, what exactly is Badugi?

Badugi is a 4-card draw poker game, where having pairs and like-suits count against you.  The goal of the game is to draw 4 cards which share no common suit or value.  The lowest combination wins, and ace counts as low (therefore, the best hand would be 432A, with all different suits).  You get 3 draws to form your hand.

So does anyone here have an idea of what the ideal badugi strategy would be?
