o i got this e mail about posting ..I'm not a big poster .. I read a lot of forums and they have min posts to get passwords .. In my opinion , that is asking for junk posts .. i would rather see good post before junk...

If you notice, 7-High has no min-post requirement.  I'm not looking for junk posts.  However, I do want to see SOME posts - are you saying you are not capable of posting anything other than junk?
