I handle them by being one of them.. I shove and reshove lots of ace-rags late in STT's because 1, people are afraid to bubble, 2, they still call with worse ace-rags and hands even up to QT sometimes.
Blinds are so big normally that the amount of pots you win is generally more important than anything else, meaning aggression will be rewarded.
Yes, but there's a big difference between when you with Ax when the blinds get high and you're nearing the bubble, and when you push with all 9 players still in it at 10/20. I don't think anyone with half a brain would argue against the former, but the latter can clearly cause some problems - should you go after them with any pocket pair? Any two high cards?

Oh well that's easy, you have to play really tight in the early stages, and always in SnG's you have to avoid close gambles, so it's pretty obvious I think that you just should ignore them. Only call with hands with which you have them dominated more often than not, I'd say TT+, AQ+.
